I have requested my mother in law to make potay wali sawayain for me and you. this vermicilli recipe is very good for kids. vermicelli is very quick dessert for kids. home made potay wali sawaiyan makes excellent snack for kids. home made vermicelli is great healthy and hygenic way to keep your kids and family happy and healthy. i have explained in detail how to make sevyan or sawaiyan at home with your own hands. once you have made these vermicilli you can store it for long time uncooked. it is excellent vegan lazy diet, make it once and then you can use it when you want. its excellent cream of wheat recipe. you will surprise to know that we can make vermicelli using cream of wheat. kids healthy lunch recipe is great semolina form of eating. this is great recipe for making semolina vermicilli. eating semolina in another form is very healthy for kids.

I do not use lot of oil to cook a dish. I prefer to shallow fry instead of deep frying.I substitute the ingrediants with the healthy option. For example oil or different spices. I use clarrified buttere for cooking because its easily available in pakistan, you can use any healthy option which you like or have.
I also love to try new flavour and spices and doing fusions. I love challeging my taste buds.
